Thank you for choosing as your engine kit supplies retailer. Your use of is governed by the terms and policies set forth below. These terms and conditions apply to all purchases from By using our site, you hereby accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, in's sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability and Warranty


All kits carry a 30 Return or Exchange Warranty.  30 days begin from the date of arrival.  There is no exception to the 30 day warranty.  Customer pays return shipping. Not opening the package or delay in the inspection or installation of the kit does not extend your warranty period.  Warranty is voided if:  The product(s) is damaged due to improper installation, the product(s) is customized in any way other than instructed in manual, the product(s) is damaged due to natural causes, the product(s) is damaged due to an accident, the product(s) is damaged by vandalization or is stolen, the procuct(s) is not periodically and or properly maintained, the product(s) is used in a manner which it was not intended OR the product(s) is modified.

In all circumstances,'s maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. Unless noted otherwise, products sold by are covered by our guaranteed "D.O.A damage on arrival" policy. If product(s) received is damaged or broken, will replace the item or will issue a full refund. Physical damage or misuse of the item is not covered. shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for third party claims for damages against the customer or for any malfunctioning caused by the customer. shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any personal property damage caused by improper use of our products. makes no express warranties except those stated in's applicable warranty statement in effect on the date of the order invoice.



If you receive a item that is damaged in transit, Fedex allow claims to be filed no later than 6 days after receiving the item.  Anything after 6 days, Fedex will consider a successful delivery and will not take responsibility for the damage.  We at will also consider that a successful delivery.  We cannot be responsible for the item being damaged in transit if you don't notify us within 6 days of delivery.  Not inspecting the product upon delivery does not extend the time you have to notify us or fedex about the damages.

Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, original shrink wrap, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing,'s return policy will be terminated and will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.

Exchange Policy

To exchange a product, the returned item must be in brand new condition with the original packaging material, original shrink wrap and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If the product returned is opened or looks used, there will be a 20% restocking fee for the replacement. Shipping and handling charges for all returns,  replacement and refunds are non-refundable. All products ordered on our website are insured up to $100 USD. If the product arrives damaged at your location, we can file for a damage claim through our shipping carrier for up to $100 insured coverage. You must either mark refuse package on the box or state the damages on the bill of lading. We will replace the item free of charge to the customer. Exchanges must be submitted and authorized by our personnel within 10 business day of the purchase date.

Shipping Policy

All products on our website are in stock unless otherwise noted at our warehouse location.  We will ship all orders placed on our site within 1-2 business days. Business days are counted as working days (Monday through Friday). Our shipping carrier Fedex usually delivers all ground shipments to the west coast in 2-3 business days and up to 5-6 business days to the east coast. Once the shipment leaves our warehouse, we will have no control of what the shipping carrier will do with the package. However, if the package is damaged, we will make sure the customer will receive what they ordered in a timely manner. Packages should be inspected immediately upon arrival. If package appears to be damaged, please report it to us within 6 business days. Failure to do so within the time period will void any damaged inquiries.

Cancellation of Order

To cancel an order, the buyer must make the request on the same day the order was placed (before 2:00pm PST). If a request is made after the allotted timeframe, a 5% cancellation fee will be applied. 5% cancellation fee will cover credit card settlement fees.
